Description
The research project Biographies of Environmental Acitivists in Lower Austria stemmed from an initiative by Reinhold Christian and Peter Weish from the Forum Wissenschaft & Umwelt. It includes the conduct, the documentation and the archiving of autobiographical and narrative interviews with persons, who were substantially involved in the environmental activism in 1970s Lower Austria. Two key events auf Austria's enviromentalism were the protests against the planned power plants in Zwentendorf and Hainburg.
